Dolphin's Leap is a private estate comprising a large house sleeping up to 12 people and a separate building, the Writer's Retreat, set off to one side of the property sleeping a further 2 people.

The main house is divided by an open terrace on the first floor into two separate wings, each with three double bedrooms.

In Wing A on the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms - the master bedroom with its own private balcony and large ensuite bathroom, and a twin-bedded room which is large enough to take three beds if required, also with ensuite. On the ground floor is the very large open plan sitting/dining and kitchen area, and a large interconnecting room which can be used as a third double bedroom with ensuite washbasin and wc (and direct access to the heated outdoor shower).

All rooms are air-conditioned with sea views.
